INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

“To fight unhappiness one must first expose it.” - Simone de Beauvoir
The most important factor in therapeutic change is the relationship between client and therapist.
My top priority as a therapist is creating a safe and and non-judgmental space where you can be seen and valued for all of who you are. We will work together to establish goals that fit you.
If you need to address a specific crisis, I can offer a short-term solution-focused approach. Sometimes, problems are complex, and require a more extended therapy, focusing both on helping you understand and change behavior and emotional patterns that are holding you back.

These are some of the issues I address in individual therapy:

-
Depression
-
Anxiety
-
Trauma
-
Relationship issues
-
Life transitions
-
Issues around sexual identity
-
Issues around relationships and choices in relationships
